Questions about how to continue to purchase your school scrip over the summer?  Curious about how to win $100 in scrip of your choice.  CLICK HERE.

Vendors and percents do change.  Forms are updated when this occurs.

We are developing a program where Scrip can be ordered via e-mail.  Please look for more information in the Family Envelope in the future.  More information about scrip program in ??Questions??  Order forms may be printed, completed, and brought to the school for Scrip orders.

 

 

Order Form Directions

1. The scrip items listed on this order form are the vendors most commonly kept on hand.

2. Use the blank lines to list special orders from Great Lakes (paid for at time of order).

3. All orders are placed on Tuesday by 10:00 a.m. and available for pick up on Friday.

4. Check the Standing Order box if you would like your selected items automatically ordered each month.

5. If you are unable to come to the scrip table to place your order, you can e-mail Marilyn at msilveira@ststansparishschool.com

6. Some of the vendors do not indicate a percentage because the vendors vary their discount percentages, making it difficult to keep the form current.
